I was raised by a very liberal father who egged me to speak up and standup for what i believed in and a mother who taught me restrain and kindness.
I spent the major part of my professional life in a career related to finance and banking. I changed the trajectory of my profession a decade back and entered the hospitality sector as an owner and slave to my own little business. I run a hotel which has taught me more about management than my degree did.
Initially when i joined Toastmasters, i was more curious than anything else. It was only post covid, that i started getting drawn to it. I was lucky to be a part of an almost egalitarian club with focused, dedicated and driven individuals. I couldn’t escape the infectious energy and i sunk deeper into the toastmasters world.
2025 has posed a challenge. I am not really afraid of falling, for i firmly believe that each time you fall, you rise higer. My goals are clear, my will unwavering, the rest- i leave it to forces higher than me.
