About Asankhya
I’m Jennifer Helen Ghosh, DTM, and my story of service, strength and second acts, is one rooted in purpose. A journey spanning over 38 years from boardrooms to classrooms, devoted to building people. Beginning in Human Resources and evolving into the world of education, I now empower others through language, leadership, and life skills.
As a seasoned Toastmaster's leader, educator, and current Region 8 Advisor, I don’t just coach leaders and speakers, I help shape futures. My leadership journey in Toastmasters International has spanned more than 17 years, include leadership roles in clubs up to the Districts. Ultimately, under my leadership, District 41, achieved Smedley Distinguished District status and ranked World No. 7 during the challenging onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dance keeps me grounded, my sons keep me inspired, and a sense of purpose keeps me moving forward. Today, I lead with heart, mentor with joy, and serve with gratitude, continuing a lifelong mission of empowering others to Rise, Speak, and Lead.
