As the owner and operator of a nursing home, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to delivering quality healthcare, especially to those in need. Her work in the healthcare sector is matched by her dedication to social causes, where she actively supports and uplifts marginalized communities, fostering meaningful and lasting impact.
A Toastmasters member since March 2021, Jayati continues to shine as a communicator and leader. She secured 2nd place in the District 124 International Speech Contest in 2022-23 and won the Humorous Speech Contest at the Division level in 2023-24. Her journey reflects a commitment to continuous growth, both personally and professionally.
Currently serving as the Area I1 Director in Toastmasters, Jayati leads with empathy and excellence, empowering others to find their voice and grow into confident leaders, just as she continues to do herself.
