About Barshana
Barshana Chatterjee is a third-year Electronics and Communication Engineering student at IEM, Salt Lake. She currently serves as the President of the IEM Toastmasters Club and the Area K2 Director for the term 2025–2026. Over her journey in Toastmasters, she has earned several recognitions, including Division Champion in Table Topics and the Online Speech Contest, Runner-Up in the Division Evaluation Contest, the Triple Crown Award, and the Best Debut Female award at the Toscars. She is known for her consistent commitment and a calm composed leadership style. In every role she takes on, she focuses on purpose, preparation, and steady execution.
