I am Ayush Vaidya, DTM, serving as the Club Growth Director of D124, where I lead efforts to build sustainable clubs, strengthen membership, and unlock leadership potential across the district. Joined TM in 2015 and With over 140+ member sponsorships, I have been the #1 Division Director in the world.
Previously, I served as the District Public Relations Manager, where I launched impactful initiatives like Ready-Made templates, Canva Pro for free, All Toastmasters Meet etc My PR campaigns focused on visibility, creativity, and community engagement, helping elevate the district’s public image.
Professionally, I am the owner of Swastik Industrial Products, a trusted name in fire, welding, and safety solutions for the construction industry.
